Return and Refunds:

• We issue replacements or refunds or exchange whichever is feasible for us for damage of products during transit within 3 days of the original purchase of the product provided the damaged product is return shipped by you intact to an address requested by us. A replacement will ONLY be provided. A refund can ONLY be issued in case of the unavailability of the same product.
• The placed orders cannot be cancelled or exchanged for another product. If a particular item in your entire order cannot be processed by us, the item can be replaced for an equivalent value or an additional value item considering the additional price can be paid, or a refund only for that particular item will be provided. The refund processing timeline would be 5 to 7 working days considering the type of transaction.

Damages:

• Under very rare circumstances, the earring stems may be bent and beads or stones may have fallen during transit. Such things can be easily fixed with glue and will not be exchanged or refunded.
• Single stone or two stone missing or fallen as well single pearl or two pearl missing on shipment there was not acceptable for replacement.
• Kindly make sure you are aware of the product details before you place an order. Once the product is received by you in good condition, return or exchange because of your personal liking towards the product or non-suitability of the product on yourself will not be entertained.
• If you have any further queries, please do not hesitate to contact us through Instagram or what app.
• Please note that all exchanges will take a period of 14 days in order to accommodate the courier return time, inspection time, product processing and courier delivery time. Your patience is highly appreciated.
• Sale items purchased online cannot be exchanged under any circumstances.
